Animoca Brands is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Executive Committee. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with special projects. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in Web3 technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in Web3 technologies and a desire to expand knowledge
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as G Suite or Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the calendars of the Executive Committee
• Coordinate and prioritize internal and external meetings
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items
• Assist in the preparation of high-quality presentations, decks, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate input for presentations
• Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Act as a liaison between the Executive Committee and internal/external stakeholders
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined approaches
• Provide general administrative support
