Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and content creation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach and private messaging on behalf of the executive team
  • Manage and coordinate the executive team's calendars, scheduling meetings and creating calendar invites
  • Alert the executive team to any new meetings scheduled and ensure they are prepared
  • Spend 10 minutes per week on QuickBooks to assist with financial tracking
  • Check and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support for two in-person meetings per month, including ordering food and coordinating logistics
  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn and interact with other posts to increase engagement
  • Assist in scheduling and managing newsletters
