Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and content creation
Responsibilities
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and private messaging on behalf of the executive team
- Manage and coordinate the executive team's calendars, scheduling meetings and creating calendar invites
- Alert the executive team to any new meetings scheduled and ensure they are prepared
- Spend 10 minutes per week on QuickBooks to assist with financial tracking
- Check and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support for two in-person meetings per month, including ordering food and coordinating logistics
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn and interact with other posts to increase engagement
- Assist in scheduling and managing newsletters
