Summary

The job is for an Executive Assistant at a blockchain privacy startup. The role involves supporting executives, conducting industry research, managing internal procurement, collaborating with various departments, data management, reporting, email management, KYC management, Discord management support, onboarding, and learning all workflows, systems, and channels within the first week.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience providing support to executives
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Tech-savvy with experience working with different platforms and tools, or ability to quickly grasp new software
• Project Management Experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive industry research to stay ahead of trends, identify opportunities, and inform product development strategy
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and services for the internal team
• Collaborate with various departments including product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure operational coherence and efficiency
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our data systems through diligent data hygiene, entry, and scraping as needed
• Generate status updates on clients and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Efficiently manage email communications, ensuring timely responses and proper distribution of information within the team
• Oversee the collection and management of KYC documentation through the platform Persona
• Provide support for our internal team communications on Discord, ensuring a seamless flow of information and fostering a collaborative environment
