Join GoDaddy's Commerce Business Unit as an experienced Executive Administrator, supporting our leaders. This remote role requires a highly organized and proactive individual to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and data. You will act as a chief of staff, coordinating cross-functional projects, driving efficiencies, and liaising with stakeholders. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting executive-level business leaders (e.g. Business Presidents and Vice Presidents) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record of project management and/or chief of staff responsibilities, with demonstrated success in planning, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership. Ability to synthesize complex ideas and data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong sense of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information. Proactive anticipation of executive needs
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Adept at juggling competing demands in a fast-paced environment and holding people accountable to agreed upon actions
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure all stakeholders are informed of any changes. Ensuring alignment with immediate priorities and business objectives
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and troubleshoot travel issues when they arise
- Organize and schedule executive meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and agendas are prepared in advance. Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion. Planning of quarterly social connection events
- Centralize team documents and agendas. Assist with headcount approval process. Maintain spreadsheets for quarterly business planning process. Build, launch and analyze data from semi-annual leadership team offsite feedback surveys
- Process and track expense reports in a timely manner. Order office supplies and maintain an organized workspace. Be a key point-of-contact for full Commerce organization
- Drive and oversee multi-department projects; monitor progress and deliverables to ensure timely execution. Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong internal and external relationships
- Collect and interpret data for executive decision-making; present insights in clear, actionable formats. Assist with headcount approval process, including maintaining spreadsheets for it
- Continually evaluate and refine workflows, communication protocols, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
