Summary
Join Lume, a fast-growing personal care brand, as their Executive Assistant! You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team and contribute to company-wide initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and liaise with various stakeholders. The position offers a blend of administrative and strategic tasks, demanding a highly organized and resourceful individual. The majority of work is remote, with occasional travel. Requirements
- Have strong proficiency with Google Suite and Slack, and/or the ability to quickly learn new tools
- Maintain discretion when working with highly confidential information
- Be highly proactive and great at managing up: Be confident working with senior leaders. Thrive on direct, honest feedback and always look for ways to make your executive’s life easier. Know there’s a problem – and know how to fix it – before anyone else. Effectively prioritize and manage your time and advise your executive on their priorities as well

Responsibilities
- Provide ad hoc support for complex scheduling needs and proactive calendar management for select high-need use cases
- Support selected high priority team meetings by setting up conference calls, sending out pre-reads, taking notes, following up on next steps, etc
- Plan, coordinate, and occasionally attend team offsites; research & book accommodations, purchase & set up supplies, order meals, make reservations, support agenda planning, etc
- Support team connectivity and employee engagement by planning events, sending gifts, coordinating teambuilding activities, etc
- Serve as day-to-day point person, answering questions, pointing people toward the right resources, etc.; serve as point of contact and/or owner for org-wide initiatives such as team celebrations (e.g. birthdays & Lumeversaries), employee engagement survey completion, end of year People Team processes, etc
