Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level administrative support to the leadership team
  • Skillfully manage hectic and evolving diaries, coordinating meetings with both internal and external stakeholders across global time zones
  • Facilitate all travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and handle related expense reports
  • Respond promptly, even during extended hours or weekends as required, ensuring no task is left unfinished
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key contacts both inside and outside the organization
  • Take charge of complex scheduling requirements, ensuring optimal time management for the leadership team
  • Oversee email communications, fielding and screening phone calls on behalf of the leadership
  • Address ad hoc administrative tasks and provide project support as directed, always with an eye for detail and efficiency
  • Uphold the strictest confidentiality in all matters pertaining to leadership and wider organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Degree qualification is desirable
  • Ideally (nice to have), a minimum of 3+ years in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within a fast-paced or tech start-up environment
