Summary

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior support role, such as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar, with a track record of effectively supporting C-suite executives
  • A strong foundation in marketing, project management, and operations
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of strategic thinking and practical action
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changing demands
  • A high level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key partner to the CEO/CMO, providing high-level support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage day-to-day activities to optimise the CEO/CMO’s time and focus
  • Lead and oversee strategic initiatives from start to finish, using project management tools to track progress and meet deadlines
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including campaign planning, market research, and performance analysis
  • Identify and implement solutions to enhance productivity and streamline operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon and e-commerce
  • Familiarity with American culture and the U.S. market
  • Marketing knowledge or experience
