Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills; proficient in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other software, including spreadsheets, presentations, and project management platforms
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working for an International/US Based Company

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
  • Promote our company values to enhance both the Team Member & Customer experience
  • Efficiently manage calendars
  • Coordinate meetings: set agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Work with external/internal partners to maintain compliance and regulation certifications
  • Partner with our Director of People & Culture on various People & Culture projects and initiatives
  • Partner with our CFO on various finance tasks
  • Project Management: Manage and sustain our Milestone Anniversary, Rewards, and Perks programs, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate the execution of Team Member Connection events and the Values Awards Program, fostering engagement and recognition

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Legal Assistant, or a related field
  • Experience in working in the Manufacturing Industry

Benefits

  • Salary: $2000 - $2400 per month
