Executive Assistant

Summary

The job is for a remote Executive Assistant role offering administrative support to executives. The employee will manage tasks, projects, calendars, meetings, correspondence, conduct research, prepare reports, and act as a liaison between the executive and other staff or external contacts. A Bachelor's Degree, 1-2 years of experience, tech savvy skills, excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills in Spanish and English, proficiency in MS Office, ability to work independently, and own laptop/desktop with internet connection are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
• Tech savvy, good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and CRMs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above & Microsoft Office) and with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
• Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence on behalf of executives
• Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently
• Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff or external contacts, handling queries and issues as they arise
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Conduct research on various topics as directed by the executive
