Executive Business Partner

Primer
Summary
Join Primer, a leading unified payment infrastructure company, as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and C-team. This role goes beyond typical administrative tasks; you will be a critical partner, anticipating leadership needs, managing complex logistics for company events (retreats, workations, town halls), coordinating international travel and merchant visits, supporting strategic initiatives, and improving operational processes. You will champion Primer's remote culture and foster a strong team environment. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational and project management skills, strategic thinking, high emotional intelligence, and a self-starter mindset. Primer offers a fully remote work environment with competitive benefits, including uncapped holiday, co-working space access, generous learning budget, and medical insurance.

- High EQ and excellent communication skills—you’re skilled at working across cultures, timezones, and personalities

- Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools to manage workflows in a remote environment (e.g., Notion, Slack, Pitch, Google Workspace)
