Summary

Join Wpromote as an Executive Business Partner and provide high-level support to the executive team, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives and effective communication. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an executive support, communications, project management, or similar strategic role
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other presentation tools
  • The ability to anticipate needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, and ensure executives stay focused on top priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The knack to translate complex ideas into clear compelling messaging
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to make calculated decisions and problem solve in a swift manner
  • The ability to maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage executive priorities, including meeting preparation and follow-ups
  • Own and manage confidential projects and sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in preparing leadership for key meetings, providing briefing materials, research, and insights
  • Develop high-impact, data-driven presentations, reports, and executive summaries that effectively communicate strategy, performance, and business insights
  • Craft compelling internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and speaking points
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding in all executive-facing materials
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings that align with OKRs, ensuring that any meetings or and/or cross-collaboration discussions align with priority initiatives first
  • Optimize executive workflows, managing calendars, priorities, and strategic planning efforts
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance executive productivity
  • Act as a bridge between executives and teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on priorities
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership in meetings when necessary
  • Help to foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and efficiency within the agency
