Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm experience, specializing in executive-level candidate generation within the technology sector
  • 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
  • Demonstrated success in driving executive searches and achieving ambitious recruitment goals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with executive leaders and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience and upholding Melon's values
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing global organization
  • Ability to attract and recruit top talent through innovative solutions and talent mapping
  • Excellent proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and clients to understand regional executive hiring needs
  • Drive and execute executive-level recruiting strategies globally, focusing on the EMEA startup ecosystem
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive team, providing regular updates on recruitment progress
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify target companies and top talent in the EMEA region
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers, offering guidance on effective search strategies and long-term candidate engagement
  • Deliver clear and concise executive recruitment communication, including dashboards, metrics, and candidate profiles
  • Lead the offer process in client collaboration, ensuring seamless negotiation and closure of executive candidates
  • Collaborate and partner with stakeholders across the startup ecosystem, acting as a mentor to colleagues
