Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in retained executive search or senior-level recruiting, with a focus on sourcing for technical and professional roles at the C-Suite or higher level
- Industry Knowledge: Background in automotive, manufacturing, or technology sectors preferred; familiarity with automotive talent needs is a strong plus
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM, ATS, sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and high-caliber candidates
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market data, adjust sourcing strategies based on trends, and provide competitive insights

- Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust talent pipeline, utilizing CRM, ATS, and other platforms to support current and future hiring needs
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple executive searches, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and business partners to align recruitment processes with client needs, offering recommendations on sourcing strategies
