This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in executive support, and proficiency in G-suite tools. Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in executive or operational support roles
  • Excellent coordination, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Experience running internal meetings, projects, and/or logistics independently
  • Ability to work well across teams and follow through consistently
  • Proactive attitude, self-driven and able to work independently to achieve results
  • Someone passionate about the company’s mission and eager to contribute

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules and meetings for the executive team members, upon request; assist in traveling
  • Manage company-wide initiatives: Monthly All-Hands meetings, Quarterly Smartcat Awards, employee gifts
  • Organize and own logistics for Quarterly Executive offsites and other C-level events and meetings
  • Assist team members with administrative requests (e.g., legal documents delivery, help with visa applications, etc.)
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee ops-related questions and onboarding
  • Manage internal documentation and Notion pages used across the company
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as requested by the Executive team members

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in G-suite tools and Notion
