Federal Account Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Federal Account Manager to support our growing customer base in the US and focus on acquiring top accounts across the Federal/DoD space.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience selling to large Federal/DoD accounts, ideally partnering with them on cybersecurity tools
• Experience in a high growth company - we want you to thrive in this environment but it will have challenges along with the multiple successes
• An understanding of the challenges senior cybersecurity leaders face each day, this is important as you will be dealing with CISOs, VPs of Cyber and Senior SOC leaders
• Experience leading a sales cycle educating the client on the true value of a new Cybersecurity solution
• Executed account plans using all resources available including Channel Partners, SDRs, Pre-sales and professional services within an efficient timescale

Responsibilities

• Working on a win and retain basis to win new business with the largest customers & agencies, then growing the presence of Immersive Labs within those accounts
• Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required
• Attending relevant industry events to educate the market on the value of the Immersive Labs offering
• Suggesting events that are specific to your territory, are these must attends for Immersive Labs? If yes, then shout about it!
• A strong partnership with customer success will be essential to help you identify opportunities for upsell within key accounts
• Living the Immersive Labs values, displaying the culture to prospect companies through your interactions
