Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the Direct Selling Industry
  • Fluent in English and Spanish written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work off-hours with occasional evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director, Sales & Marketing - Mexico and team to help develop and drive strategic direction for the Mexico growth plan
  • Create and execute the calendar for virtual calls needed for the field
  • Create customized management strategies for leaders and their organizations to advance to the next rank
  • Plan dates and locations for next events in hot spots, gather data and coordinate the event execution
  • Train new organizations for their development
  • Attend events to meet monthly sales targets
  • Follow-up on sales reports, rank advancement and promotions and gives proper recognition to the Ambassadors when needed
  • Partner with the customer service area covering the same timetable to be able to follow up live with each organization and with them to achieve the objective per organization
  • Build a high degree of trust and relationship with field leadership. Influence leaders through skillful questions, active listening, exemplary coaching and detailed training
  • Help identify, create and develop Core tools required in the field to work with marketing and third-party translator to adapt/translate/trans create documents and adapt them to fit the market needs
  • Help develop a strategy plan for presenting the Mexico opportunity to new and existing Ambassadors and Partner with the LATAM Sales team for execution
  • Identify opportunity areas within the various project and streamline process for resolution
  • Develop & create SOPs for Mexico Sales Lead responsibilities
  • Attend events as needed by business. Leads and participates in various projects as assigned, including presenting Plexus to the field
