Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing, owning, and executing successful marketing events virtually and in-person in either HR Tech or SaaS companies
- Ability to project manage multiple events, ranging in scale across virtual and in-person
- Analytical thinker. You love working with data, are skilled at tracking campaigns with ROI in mind that is measurable, and seek relentless optimization
- Self-starter; you can work autonomously, and you spot opportunities to make things better and take ownership over them
- Builder mindset who can work individually but is able to thoughtfully and effectively partner cross-functionally and collaboratively
- Have familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar), and tracking tools to assess campaign
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person events such as webinars, workshops, and conferences
- Conduct research to identify relevant events and source participation and sponsorship opportunities for target prospect personas
- Develop concepts, themes, and content to create brand awareness and engage prospects
- Manage event logistics such as budget, vendor management, swag, travel, venues, and on-site coordination
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to implement an effective feedback loop to optimize lead generation, follow-up strategies, and lead management
- Measure campaign success by tracking and reporting on KPIs and ROI and utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities to improve future events
