Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing, owning, and executing successful marketing events virtually and in-person in either HR Tech or SaaS companies
  • Ability to project manage multiple events, ranging in scale across virtual and in-person
  • Analytical thinker. You love working with data, are skilled at tracking campaigns with ROI in mind that is measurable, and seek relentless optimization
  • Self-starter; you can work autonomously, and you spot opportunities to make things better and take ownership over them
  • Builder mindset who can work individually but is able to thoughtfully and effectively partner cross-functionally and collaboratively
  • Have familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar), and tracking tools to assess campaign

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person events such as webinars, workshops, and conferences
  • Conduct research to identify relevant events and source participation and sponsorship opportunities for target prospect personas
  • Develop concepts, themes, and content to create brand awareness and engage prospects
  • Manage event logistics such as budget, vendor management, swag, travel, venues, and on-site coordination
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to implement an effective feedback loop to optimize lead generation, follow-up strategies, and lead management
  • Measure campaign success by tracking and reporting on KPIs and ROI and utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities to improve future events
