Summary
Join Boomi, a fast-growing company, as a Field Marketing Program Manager. Orchestrate global marketing programs, serving as a vital link between the Global Integrated Marketing team, Digital Marketing, and Field Marketing teams. Ensure alignment and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns driving demand and supporting sales objectives across regions. Collaborate with global teams to build and package program tactics, coordinate global blitz days, and report on program performance. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, along with experience in field marketing and program management within the technology sector. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, and or program management in the technology sector, preferably enterprise software
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and demand-generation tactics
- Strong understanding of how partners play a role in extending and amplifying programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and reporting on marketing performance
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Integrated Marketing team, to enable the execution of field marketing tactics to extend and amplify the global marketing programs that align with Boomiโs overall business goals
- Act as the primary liaison between global marketing functions, digital, partner and programs and regional field marketing teams, ensuring effective communication and execution of program tactics and activity in the regions
- Where required working with global counterparts, build and package program plays and tactics, e.g. event in a box; sales decks; or call scripts to optimize the adoption of global programs in the field
- Coordinate with Sales Enablement, Sales & Field Marketing leaders and the Integrated Marketing teams to roll out global blitz days, monthly/quarterly as required
- Have an all-up view of program plans, activities and tactics as they land in the field, report on the programs, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts
