Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot using instrumentation and technical knowledge
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Must be willing to travel 75% of the time
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment at customer sites and facilities
- Perform tests to ensure system functionality and diagnose issues
- Prepare daily reports, analyze data, and provide solutions
- Complete time sheets, travel logs, and expense reports
- Work with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project specifications
- Provide training to customers on equipment use and troubleshoot on-site
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS) procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in the industrial electrical field or related experience is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
