Summary
Join Zone IT Solutions, a rapidly growing recruitment business in Australia, as a Finance & Accounts Administrator. This part-time or full-time role is initially a 3-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. You will support billing, contractor management, and payroll processing. Requirements
- Well organised with the ability to multitask
- Attention to details and able to do followups internally and externally
- Formal education in accounting
- At least 1 year of bookkeeping and payroll experience with MYOB
- Self-starter and motivated to deliver a quality outcome
Responsibilities
- Contractor management: follow up on timesheet and their invoices
- Raise invoices for services to clients (MYOB)
- Payroll processing for employees and contractors, i.e. run payroll and process payslips
- Data entry in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems
- Identify any anomaly in reconciling the billing details
- Processing superannuation contributions
- Payroll and staff record-keeping in MYOB
- Monthly reporting and-year-end reconciliations and journals
