Summary
Join Unit4 as a Revenue Operations Business Partner and drive increased productivity and effectiveness for sales and marketing teams. Proactively integrate data insights and provide recommendations across all sales funnel stages. This role offers a work-from-anywhere arrangement within Portugal, requiring one day a week in the office. You will need 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Finance, along with proficiency in Excel and Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM. Strong analytical and data skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of managing multiple priorities and influencing others through strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Willing to work hybrid at the office 1 day/week
- 5+ years relevant experience across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations and/or Finance
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or equivalent CRM Platform
- Proficiency in Excel
- Able to form strong working relationships across matrix team structure
- Strong Analytical and Data skills with the ability surface actionable trends
- Clear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on priorities
- Ability to collaborate with senior management and cross functional stakeholders
- Management of multiple priorities and able to perform effectively under pressure
- Influencing others with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving business problems
- Appreciation of best practice Sales & Marketing metrics
