Summary

As a Finance Credit Executive, you will manage cash flow, collaborate with other departments, and improve the financial health of an e-commerce company specializing in electronics wholesale distribution. The role requires relevant 3-5 years experience, ACCA qualification, proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, strong communication skills, excellent organization skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Understanding of IFRS and GAAP rules and ability to apply those in daily accounting and bookkeeping

Responsibilities

• Linking daily accounting transactions in Quickbooks
• Creating and processing invoices
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
• Tracking organization expenses
• Processing refunds
• Reconciling net assets (bank, receivables, inventory, and payables)
• Communicating with vendors regarding billing and payments

Preferred Qualifications

Skeptical mindset (audit experience preferably) with insights regarding verification from source data
