Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in financial systems analysis, enterprise system administration, or a similar role
- Exposure to ERP and financial reporting tools, with a strong preference for experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Spreadsheet Server, and Dayforce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business needs and propose technical solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize requests, and collaborate in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for core financial systems, including but not limited to Deltek Vantagepoint, Spreadsheet Server, EleVia, and future systems such as Replicon and Concur
- Serve as a liaison between accounting teams and IT to ensure accurate financial data, reporting, and compliance within business systems
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial reports and dashboards to support accounting operations, month-end closing, financial planning, and analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy, data integrity, and system performance
- Assist with system enhancements, configurations, and integrations to improve financial workflows and operational efficiency
- Gather and document financial and business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for system improvements
- Act as a point of contact for user support, troubleshooting financial system issues, and escalating complex cases as needed
- Partner with finance and accounting stakeholders to analyze and optimize financial workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Participate in testing for financial system upgrades and new implementations
- Deliver end-user training and documentation to promote system adoption and efficiency
- Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis needs, developing insights that drive financial and operational decision-making
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to financial systems, reporting, and process optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus
