Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales recruitment
  • Strong understanding of sales industry trends, sales strategies, and the unique challenges of recruiting for fast-paced, high-growth companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic settings
  • Proficiency in Workable and other recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Capcut, etc.), with experience leveraging these platforms to source and attract top-tier talent

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified sales professionals
  • Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open sales positions
  • Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews with Sales Team managers and candidates
  • Building Relationships : Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and preferences in sales roles
  • Market Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on sales industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in sales recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in agency or start-up environments, where adaptability and agility are essential
