Join Nearsure's LATAM team as a Senior Full-cycle Recruiter! You will be responsible for identifying top tech talent in Latin America for US-based clients, ensuring a high-quality and agile recruiting process. This 100% remote role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced English, and 2+ years of IT recruiting experience. You'll attract talent through various channels, manage candidate progress, and provide support throughout the process. Requirements

  • Bs. Degree in Human resources, Psychology or related fields
  • Advanced English Level
  • +2 years of experience recruiting IT profiles
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with candidates
  • Result oriented and motivated by fast-paced working environments

Responsibilities

  • Attract talent by sourcing in social media platforms, placing job advertisements and using newsgroups and job sites
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Manage their own candidates progress on our ATS
  • Provide support to applicants along the whole recruiting process
  • Make sure we staff our openings with the best talent in 2-4 weeks

  • Experience recruiting candidates in Latin America
  • Experience working remotely
