General Manager

Requirements

• Entrepreneurs who want to build something big and set ambitious goals with experience working in high-growth start-ups
• Management-level corporate experience looking to pivot into the start-up world
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Hands-on approach with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role (preferred but not limited to general management or operations)
• Experience with P&L management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Build an incredible consumer-facing product
• Perform market research, analyse competitors and execute on GTM strategies
• Identify opportunities in the market
• Adapt the business model to different sports and local communities
• Own growth goals for your projects, and deliver results on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement through customer feedback interviews and continuous monitoring of user experience
