Requirements
- Entrepreneurs who want to build something big and set ambitious goals with experience working in high-growth start-ups
- Management-level corporate experience looking to pivot into the start-up world
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Hands-on approach with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role (preferred but not limited to general management or operations)
- Experience with P&L management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Build an incredible consumer-facing product
- Perform market research, analyse competitors and execute on GTM strategies
- Identify opportunities in the market
- Adapt the business model to different sports and local communities
- Own growth goals for your projects, and deliver results on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement through customer feedback interviews and continuous monitoring of user experience

- Background in entrepreneurship with demonstrated success in negotiating, executing, and managing client deals
