Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (typically 5-7+ years) in benefits management and wellness program administration, with a strong understanding of global benefits practices
  • In-depth knowledge of international benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
  • Strong project management skills and experience with vendor management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency to interact at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global benefits strategy that supports our business objectives and enhances employee satisfaction
  • Benchmark and analyze competitive benefits offerings and industry trends to ensure our benefits package remains attractive and effective
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to tailor benefits programs to meet local needs while maintaining global consistency
  • Oversee the administration and management of global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other employee benefits
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and benefits providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and cost-effective solutions
  • Monitor and analyze benefits program performance, including usage and employee feedback, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Design and implement global wellness initiatives that promote employee health and well-being, including mental health programs, fitness challenges, and work-life balance initiatives
  • Develop strategies to foster a culture of wellness across the organization and integrate wellness practices into the company’s overall health strategy
  • Ensure all benefits programs comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and manage the impact of such changes on benefits programs
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues
  • Develop and execute communication plans to inform employees about benefits offerings, changes, and wellness programs
  • Create educational materials and conduct training sessions to help employees understand and maximize their benefits
