Requirements

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related technologies
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HR analytics software)
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote wellbeing
  • Manage and enhance the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements
  • Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of HR systems, such as HRIS, gift management tools, and employee self-service portals
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and diversity, to meet the needs of stakeholders and various departments
  • Stay informed about global employment laws and regulations to ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain compliant across all regions
  • Assist in administering compensation programs, including salary benchmarking
