Summary
Join Jamf as a Global Enablement Manager and drive sales productivity by developing and implementing comprehensive enablement strategies and programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs and opportunities, and partner with peers to develop training that supports sales knowledge and skill development. Oversee large initiatives, proactively solve problems impacting sales enablement, and provide strategic consultation to leaders. Report on enablement efficacy and impact, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement. Maintain strong relationships with various departments and contribute to additional projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in enablement, revenue operations, software sales, marketing, or other related field
- Minimum of 2 years working with CRM, LMS, and/or CMS tools. Preferred experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Clari, or Absorb
- Minimum of 2 years working with remote and geographically distributed teams and partners
- High School Diploma / GED
- Demonstrated ability to originate and execute project that address problems and improve sales productivity
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive enablement plans and programs that support the strategic goals of the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, HR, and product, to identify enablement needs and opportunities
- Partner with enablement peers and stakeholders to develop training and enablement that supports sales in knowledge and skill development
- Utilize established expertise to oversee large, cross-functional initiatives, encompassing risk management, stakeholder engagement, and execution to meet business objectives and drive results
- Proactively identify and solve problems that impact the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and the productivity of the sales team
- Provide strategic consultation to leaders and stakeholders on best practices in enablement and professional development
- Report on enablement efficacy and impact through the accurate analysis of data from across tools and programs; maintain a dashboard of enablement impact to share with Enablement team and leadership
- Present enablement impact data in meetings, quarterly business reviews, and other relevant forums
- Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance enablement training, programs, events, and initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and enablement strategies
- Establish strong relationships with various departments and be perceived as a trusted advisor
- Lead or participate in additional projects aimed at improving the effectiveness of the organization, as delegated by the Enablement leadership team
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years planning and executing cross-functional projects
- Minimum of 2 years working with sales processes and methodologies; preferred experience with Value Selling and MEDDPICC
- 2 Year / Associate’s Degree in: Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field, or related field
