You will establish operating cadences, metrics, and reporting infrastructure to track progress, test and evolve product positioning and pricing, and serve as the central GTM lead for new initiatives. This role requires experience in leading GTM strategy and execution for new or early-stage products, owning product adoption goals, and working cross-functionally with various teams. Requirements

  • Successfully led go-to-market strategy and execution for new or early-stage products
  • Owned product adoption goals and built scalable processes to drive results
  • Worked cross-functionally with sales, marketing, enablement, ops, and finance teams to align and deliver
  • Operated with autonomy and clarity in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated strength in iterating on GTM motion and positioning based on data and feedback
  • Brought a scrappy, resourceful approach to building from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the GTM strategy for new Education products
  • Own adoption goals and performance metrics for these products
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Ops, Finance, Enablement, and Marketing to deliver on business goals
  • Establish the operating cadence, metrics, and reporting infrastructure to track progress
  • Test, learn, and evolve product positioning and pricing to optimize conversion and adoption
  • Serve as the central GTM lead for all new initiative launches across the Education team
