Summary

Join Stitch Fix as a Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead and play a pivotal role in bringing innovative client experiences and brand campaigns to life. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to translate product innovation into compelling marketing strategies. Coordinate GTM planning for new client-facing experiences, ensuring alignment on messaging and launch prioritization. Partner with various teams, including Creative, CX, and channel leads, to execute effective marketing strategies across different media channels. This highly collaborative role demands strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for connecting brand storytelling with product value. You will track and analyze launch performance to inform future GTM planning and contribute to exciting brand and partnership programs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market roles
  • Experience working cross-functionally, especially across Product, Creative, and Marketing channels
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for simplifying complex ideas into clear narratives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator—able to build trust and influence across stakeholders and partners
  • Passion for consumer products and the role brand and experience play in driving growth

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central liaison between Marketing and Product teams, ensuring tight alignment on timelines, priorities, targeting and messaging for new experiences
  • Coordinate end-to-end go-to-market planning for client-facing product & brand launches
  • Partner with Creative to shape compelling visual and messaging narratives for campaigns & new experiences
  • Drive cross-functional alignment around launch priorities, key value props, and success metrics
  • Facilitate marketing channel planning in partnership with channel leads (e.g., CRM, Social, Comms, Growth), ensuring cohesive and effective execution
  • Develop clear GTM documentation and frameworks to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Track and recap performance of launches to inform future GTM planning

Preferred Qualifications
