Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact product initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of Product Managers to deliver against company-wide goals and customer success metrics
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop talent within product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Experience providing strategy and alignment across multiple products, ensuring cohesion and focus on high-priority opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Extensive experience working with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver impactful results
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, with a track record of turning insights into actionable product strategies
  • Deep experience in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and the software development life cycle
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership
  • A metrics-driven approach to decision-making, with a focus on delivering measurable business and customer impact

Responsibilities

  • Grow, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers, ensuring they drive high-impact initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to PMs, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and fostering professional growth
  • Oversee product roadmaps across a group of related products or initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery of high-impact solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize opportunities and maintain focus on customer and business outcomes
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for the Admin Portal, balancing operational efficiency, user experience, and business scalability
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams, ensuring coordinated execution of complex programs
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver holistic product success
  • Establish and promote best practices in product management across the organization, ensuring consistency, quality, and a customer-first mindset
  • Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation to meet evolving customer and market demands
  • Act as the primary advocate for customer needs across the organization, ensuring insights and feedback inform product decisions
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

Strong product management experience leading platform or workflow-focused teams. Background in scaling enterprise tools, B2B SaaS, or internal-facing products is a plus
