Summary

The job is for a Growth Account Executive at Superorder, a dynamic restaurant tech startup. Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a SaaS startup environment
  • 1+ years of experience working in a high volume inside or outside sales environment selling to Small to Medium sized businesses
  • Experience working in the restaurant tech industry
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to closing
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated by the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments (ie operations, engineering, product, and success) to build solutions

Responsibilities

  • Be a key player in influencing how the company achieves its revenue goals by building comprehensive sales strategies
  • Execute the full sales cycle motion with Small to Medium sized businesses including hunting, qualifying, educating, pricing and contract negotiating, and closing deals
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and drive product feedback to pinpoint cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all levels of client interaction, from initial contact to after-sales support, to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities by staying updated on industry news, conducting market research, and networking with industry professionals
  • Be the face and voice of Superorder at industry trade shows and conferences

Preferred Qualifications

Occasional travel to trade shows and conferences is required
