Summary
Join Grafana Labs as a Growth Account Manager in Spain! You will be responsible for prospecting, closing new business, and managing forecasts. A consultative sales approach is key, focusing on understanding customer needs before presenting solutions. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and contribute to account strategy. This role requires experience in infrastructure technology sales, a proven track record of exceeding goals, and excellent communication skills. The OTE compensation is EUR 115,000 - EUR 135,000, with additional benefits including equity and a bonus (if applicable).
Requirements
- 2+ Years of Experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
- Adaptable and with demonstrable experience in high velocity technology companies
- Experience using Salesforce
- You will need to be an excellent communicator in all channels (in person, online, in writing) and able to form strong working relationships both in person and virtually
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed team quarterly and annual revenue and consumption goals
- Partner with Account Director to prospect into an existing key account base and identify new opportunities for revenue growth
- Be responsible for driving consumption, retention and expansion within your portfolio
- Drive the identification of new leads within existing accounts and schedule follow up meetings
- Collaborate closely with Observability Architects and Professional Services teams to drive customer success
- Contribute towards & execute on, a detailed account strategy whereby your customer(s) can understand and benefit from Grafana Labs growing platform
- Be able to understand and convey the value of Grafana Labs technology
- Develop deep expertise in Grafana Labs technology to effectively communicate its business value and uncover cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal
