Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English
- Proven experience in account management or relationship management, preferably in the luxury lifestyle, travel, or hospitality sectors
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and experience using them to manage accounts and drive efficiencies
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills, ensuring win-win outcomes for partners
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of business partners, handling their needs with precision and care
- Provide consistent and proactive support to partners, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining trust
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, address partner concerns, and ensure operational excellence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records using CRM tools, ensuring all partner interactions are documented and actionable insights are tracked
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within partner organizations
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy sessions to understand partner goals and align on mutual objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, offering insights, recommendations, and solutions that enhance their offerings and client satisfaction
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and priorities
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with partner objectives and increase revenue
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to propose innovative solutions and stay ahead of the curve
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to onboard new partners and ensure their integration into our service ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal product teams to tailor offerings that resonate with partners’ high-net-worth clients
- Regularly analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing action plans
- Provide detailed reports to partners and internal leadership, showcasing successes, growth opportunities, and areas of focus
- Ensure all metrics are aligned with overall business goals and partner expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional languages such as Swedish or Danish
- Familiarity with the luxury market, particularly within lifestyle management, concierge services, and high-net-worth client expectations
