Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (certifications are a plus!)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms
• Proficiency in Excel/Google sheets for data analysis
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• A passion for digital marketing and performance marketing
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing environments

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and optimising paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve key metrics (CTR, CPA, etc.)
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, emails, and other marketing supports to improve conversion rates
• Analyse user behaviour and performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Support the team in building reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Research and suggest new strategies and trends in digital marketing
