Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, with a proven ability to manage campaigns that drive measurable ROI across paid and organic channels
- Expertise in executing cross-channel media strategies across B2B, B2B2C, B2C, and affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign for designing professional marketing assets
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for web content management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis, including pivot tables and data visualization
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and focus on revenue-driven outcomes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to produce clear, compelling written and visual content and present confidently
- Experience managing and mentoring team members, particularly in social media
- Familiarity with SEO principles and conversion rate optimisation
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and engagement, with a track record of working with large brands to achieve measurable ROI
- Manage and execute key growth channels, including paid media, SEO, social media, and thought leadership initiatives, driving results across B2B, B2B2C, affiliate, and B2C sectors
- End-to-end ownership of campaign design, execution, and optimization, leveraging advanced analytics to maximize impact and drive DCA’s growth
- Lead the launch and promotion of new propositions to support business growth, optimizing marketing spend to maximize ROI
- Conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns that deliver revenue growth, brand visibility, and audience engagement
- Lead and support new business pitches, working closely with the sales team to prepare, present, and refine proposals for prospective clients. Excellent presentation skills and confidence in delivering pitches are a must
- Manage, optimize, and publish engaging web content using HubSpot to support marketing campaigns and business objectives
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure web content aligns with SEO strategies and brand guidelines
- Analyse content performance, measure ROI, and implement strategies to continuously improve lead generation and conversion
- Take ownership of campaign design, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and delivering campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth
- Lead and oversee the Social Media Specialist to create engaging, on-brand content that aligns with growth objectives and resonates with target audiences
- Use advanced design tools like Adobe InDesign to create high-quality visuals and marketing assets that drive ROI
- Develop innovative marketing approaches that elevate the brand and resonate with target audiences in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets
- Develop thought leadership campaigns to position DCA as an innovative and trusted leader in digital healthcare, driving customer engagement and supporting revenue goals
- Create and oversee compelling content strategies that drive measurable results and contribute to the bottom line
- Ensure high-quality, creative execution of content that aligns with brand and growth objectives, with a focus on maximizing ROI
- Leverage analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are delivering the desired ROI
- Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and revenue growth
- Drive revenue growth and increase unique website traffic by developing impactful marketing campaigns centred around trending health topics, ensuring alignment with the DCA brand and audience interests
- Take ownership of campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation, optimisation, and tracking to maximise ROI and achieve measurable outcomes
