Summary

You will own the full optimization cycle, from gathering insights to A/B testing and analysis, systematically optimizing landing pages to maximize conversions. Analyze user data to identify growth opportunities, conduct competitor research, and collaborate with various teams to implement improvements. You will also identify unconventional growth opportunities and introduce new marketing technologies. This role requires strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and experience in growth marketing or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of A/B testing and conversion rate improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of user psychology and conversion drivers
  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, CRM, SEO , or related fields
  • Ability to work with high agency and independence
  • Competency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to achieve autonomy (independently or AI-assisted)
  • AI-literate , understanding limitations and best practices for enhancing productivity
  • Proven record of high-velocity A/B testing and conversion rate improvements
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to select the right tools and frameworks (quantitative vs. qualitative)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the full optimization cycle : from gathering insights and hypothesis generation to A/B test execution and analysis
  • Systematically optimize landing pages to maximize visitor-to-user-to-customer conversions
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative user data to uncover conversion triggers and new growth opportunities
  • Conduct competitor research to generate fresh ideas and best practices
  • Collaborate with design, copywriting, and development teams to implement proven improvements
  • Identify and exploit unconventional growth opportunities across MarTech, UX, and marketing channels
  • Build, test, and optimize growth experiments across multiple acquisition channels
  • Scout, evaluate, and introduce new marketing technologies and tools to the team
  • Redefine and shape the role in response to evolving business needs and your own skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic graphic design and copywriting abilities for increased autonomy
  • Prior experience in B2C environments
  • Skills in user research and UX optimization
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
  • Understanding of SEO principles
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
