Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related analytical field
  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize Meta and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Ability to create and set up new events in ad platforms and familiarity with Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to new challenges
  • A deep passion for driving business growth and making a meaningful impact

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive sustainable business growth
  • Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies, to maximize ROI
  • Scale Meta advertising accounts to drive MQL growth while improving LTV:CPA
  • Stay up to date with Meta advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance
  • Analyze Meta ad performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to effectively reach decision-makers on LinkedIn
  • Continuously test and evaluate new acquisition channels to expand reach and drive MQLs
  • Improve conversion rates by continuously testing and optimizing key elements, including audiences, user flows, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages
  • Track, measure, and analyze key marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Leverage data insights to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI
  • Stay informed on the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and AI to maintain a competitive edge
