Requirements

  • Auto Insurance Leadership Experience: Deep knowledge of the auto insurance industry, particularly in the claims process
  • Sales or Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in driving growth within an auto insurance environment
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic Relationships: Existing connections with fleets, insurance companies, insurance tech solutions, and/or shared economy companies are a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Developing Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the Komodo Claims leadership team to create and execute strategies that elevate the Komodo brand and expand product offerings
  • Managing the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and successful journey
  • Securing and Expanding Programs: Acquire new TPA programs while also focusing on the growth and expansion of existing ones
  • Representing Komodo at Industry Events: Attend industry conferences as a sponsor or presenter, positioning Komodo as a thought leader
  • Building Strategic Relationships: Forge and maintain strong connections with fleets, insurance companies, reinsurers, and MGAs
  • Identifying Cross-Selling Opportunities: Look for synergies between our brands INSHUR, ABI, and Komodo Claims (UK) to maximize business potential
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to effectively promote the Komodo brand
  • Traveling as Needed: While this role is primarily remote, up to 20% domestic travel may be required to meet business needs
