Summary

The job involves developing and implementing marketing strategies for OKX, managing multi-channel campaigns, tracking key metrics, leading user communication efforts, and overseeing the entire user lifecycle management process. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing or growth within the crypto industry, exceptional English communication skills, entrepreneurship mentality, a passion for crypto and digital assets, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objective
• Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activation
• Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met
• Lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments
• Own the entire user lifecycle management process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies, driving growth of our user base
