Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in consulting, expansion/growth, business development or similar roles, preferably in e-commerce or another fast-paced environment
  • Be highly analytical and a fast learner
  • Have strong execution skills and a track record of getting things done
  • Have strong project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Be results driven and can work independently
  • Be fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Set the goals and the strategy for the trade-in program, and identify key growth opportunities
  • Drive execution of most impactful initiatives and collaborate closely with multiple teams to help realize them
  • Grow our supplier base and develop strong, long-term partnerships
  • Ensure operational excellence and identify optimization opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, establish and maintain a wide network in the industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in electronics and/or refurbished/second hand industry
  • Be fluent in other European languages
