Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in consulting, expansion/growth, business development or similar roles, preferably in e-commerce or another fast-paced environment
- Be highly analytical and a fast learner
- Have strong execution skills and a track record of getting things done
- Have strong project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Be results driven and can work independently
- Be fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Set the goals and the strategy for the trade-in program, and identify key growth opportunities
- Drive execution of most impactful initiatives and collaborate closely with multiple teams to help realize them
- Grow our supplier base and develop strong, long-term partnerships
- Ensure operational excellence and identify optimization opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, establish and maintain a wide network in the industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in electronics and/or refurbished/second hand industry
- Be fluent in other European languages
