Summary

Join FluentStream, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as our Growth Marketing contractor. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth within the B2B telecommunications industry. This fractional role offers flexibility while significantly impacting our growth. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing and other teams. The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B SaaS marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and proven success in lead generation and brand building. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on the telecommunications industry
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, brand building, and channel marketing within a product-led growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience managing marketing budgets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Own the creation and execution of our marketing strategy, focusing on high-impact activities that generate leads, conversions, and establish FluentStream as a thought leader in the cloud communications space, including emphasis on channel marketing strategies and partnerships
  • Lead Generation: Spearhead initiatives to attract and engage potential customers through content marketing, SEO, paid media, social media, email campaigns, channel partnerships, and other relevant channels
  • Channel Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing programs, collaborating with partners to expand reach and drive sales
  • Brand Building: Craft compelling narratives that showcase our unique value proposition and resonate with our target audience of businesses of all sizes, across various industries
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, webinars, and thought leadership pieces, that positions FluentStream as a trusted resource in the unified communications industry
  • Digital Marketing Optimization: Manage and optimize our digital marketing channels, including our website, LinkedIn, other relevant social media platforms, email newsletters, and paid advertising campaigns, to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and continuously refine our strategies based on data-driven insightsβ€”experience with CRM and marketing automation reporting
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with online advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience marketing to IT professionals, business owners, and executives
  • Experience with RevOps reporting and metrics
  • Existing network of contacts within the telecom channel partner ecosystem

Benefits

  • Rate: To be determined based on contractor experience, delivery schedule, etc. Approximately $5,000-8,000 per month
  • Payment Schedule: Payments will be made monthly upon submission of an invoice and approval of completed deliverables
  • Expenses: Pre-approved expenses related to the project will be reimbursed upon submission of receipts
