Summary
Join UDisc, a leading disc golf app company, as their Growth Marketer! Drive player engagement and retention by identifying needs, running experiments, and collaborating with various teams. Requirements
- Thrive on experimentation —testing new ideas, analyzing results, and refining based on insights
- Have experience working in a mobile app environment, leveraging data to drive growth
- Be skilled in analytics platforms, A/B testing, CRMs, and growth marketing strategies
- Enjoy uncovering user challenges and developing solutions that improve engagement
- Be a team player who values collaboration and continuous learning
- Be adaptable, willing to jump into different projects, and excited to work across teams
- Be focused on results and making data-informed decisions to drive success
- Be creative and enjoy thinking outside the box with copy and user experiences
Responsibilities
- Drive engagement and retention among players and disc golf organizers
- Identify disc golfers' needs
- Run experiments
- Work cross-functionally to connect players with the tools that make their time on the course better
- Solve problems
- Drive impact
- Continuously learn from players to improve our approach to growth
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer success, and data science teams to ensure more players record their rounds, explore courses, and get hooked on disc golf
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a track record of helping grow a mobile app’s user base
- Have experience with lifecycle marketing and user retention strategies
- Be passionate about disc golf and understand the mindset of players
- Have worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments
