Summary

Join our team as a Growth Marketing Manager and build our Growth Marketing engine to the next level. You will lead growth marketing efforts, support our content marketing engine, and work with various teams to position our startup as a leading AI SaaS company in Europe. Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns, implement lead nurturing tactics, and leverage insights to elevate our strategy. Monitor KPIs, devise optimization strategies, and share metrics with the growth team. Success will be measured by your impact on pipeline generation within 3, 6, and 12 months.

Requirements

  • Education in business, marketing, or a related field (Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree)
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing , preferably at an early-stage startup with a sales-led motion
  • Proven track record in building impactful multi-channel campaigns across all buying stages
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail , capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-reliant and proactive , taking initiative to drive nuvo forward
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about transforming data to make it universally understandable
  • You are based in Germany โ€” you can work remotely or at our offices in Hamburg and Berlin

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our market and target audiences , uncovering the best channels to captivate and engage them
  • Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate a robust pipeline, working hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams. Your arsenal may include search engine campaigns, social media, email, ads, events, etc
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing tactics that guide prospects through the sales funnel
  • Leverage new insights to continuously elevate our multi-channel strategy, ensuring we achieve our goals together
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) , devise optimization strategies, and share relevant metrics with the growth team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with product management and developer personas, and the data integration industry
  • Strong German skills are a big plus, but not a must
