Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead growth initiatives using a scientific approach, ensuring data-backed decisions that optimize conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness
- Oversee multi-million-dollar budgets with precision and efficiency, working hands-on with paid media while leading a team to maximize ROI
- Own the website strategy and execution, aligning with design and development teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates
- Work closely with Growth Product to refine onboarding flows and user journeys, ensuring seamless transitions across marketing and product experiences
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth team, ensuring the right mix of analytical, creative, and executional talent
Preferred Qualifications
- Have 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Have experience managing and scaling multi-million-dollar performance marketing budgets
- Have proven success in high-velocity business models, ideally in SMB or consumer
- Have deep expertise in marketing analytics, web optimization, lifecycle, and paid acquisition
- Have a track record of hiring and developing high-caliber growth marketing teams
