  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of growth engineers
  • Set clear goals, track progress, and guide the team to ensure performance targets are met
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members
  • Develop and implement growth strategies that align with Panoptycโ€™s business objectives and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
  • Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of growth-related features and tools
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of growth engineering solutions
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor key growth metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate growth performance, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to develop solutions that enhance their experience and drive long-term loyalty
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve growth initiatives
