Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within consumer tech, mobile apps, or digital platforms
 - Proven track record of scaling user bases through paid and organic marketing strategies
 - Deep understanding of the Mexican market, including local culture, media landscape, and consumer behavior
 - Proficiency in managing performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Reddit and managing influencers
 - Experience with engagement platforms like OneSignal or Braze
 - Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics and Excel
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
 - Creative thinker with a data-driven approach and the ability to execute autonomously
 
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement and retention in the Mexico market
 - Launch innovative multi-channel campaigns, including performance marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and community activations
 - Manage the deployment of efficient spend across channels including Meta, TikTok, and/or app stores
 - Analyze campaign performance and user data to refine strategies, optimize spend, and improve ROI
 - Tailor marketing initiatives to resonate with the Mexican market, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency
 - Partner with internal and external teams to localize creative assets, messaging, and user experience
 - Enhance brand visibility by creating compelling campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and community engagement
 - Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local influencers, media outlets, and organizations
 - Lead creative ideation and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints
