Requirements
- 4 to 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS companies
- Solid understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and campaign execution and reporting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives that influence purchasing decisions
- Technical and business understanding of how to leverage marketing tech with ABM experience. Our stack includes 6Sense, CommonRoom, Marketo, Gong Engage and MetaData.io
- Excellent project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
- Team player who collaborates and thrives on cross-functional team wins
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with a high level of autonomy
Responsibilities
- Translate our message master into compelling product narratives
- Own and update key go-to-market assets (website copy, product one-pagers, decks, videos, case studies)
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform positioning and strategy
- Lead campaign planning and execution (in partnership with our agency)
- Create and optimize nurture programs and conversion funnels
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with Ops to improve lead scoring and improve conversion
- Partner closely with sales to ensure campaign follow up and feedback loops
- Work closely with product, sales, business development, corporate marketing, growth/demand generation, and sales enablement to ensure alignment and execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in emerging data technologies (e.g. cloud data warehousing, OLAP/OLTP databases, streaming data architectures, etc)
