Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, demand generation, or related roles
  • Experience owning and managing digital marketing budgets
  • 1-3 years of experience in an early-stage startup environment (prior to series B)
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with deep expertise with full-funnel growth metrics
  • Proficient in Hubspot, or a similar marketing automation tool

Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition activities across paid social, paid search, and other digital channels
  • Build out a strong mix of acquisition channels across paid and owned channels, including referral marketing, customer marketing, community, affiliates, SEO, and content
  • Own SQL conversion and nurture of top-of-funnel leads through lifecycle marketing utilizing marketing automation and no-code growth tool stack
  • Constantly monitor marketing budgets and key growth metrics across the funnel, develop and drive initiatives to improve results
  • Engage in rapid experimentation to improve growth metrics across each step of the buying journey from digital ads, to landing pages, to sign-up flows, and email marketing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience collaborating with internal teams and supporting sales teams is a plus
